Local Buying Program Contributes $250 Million to Local Economies

As the first quarter for FY19 closes we reflect on the results achieved by the Local Buying Program nationally, and one stand out accomplishment comes to mind – contributing a record breaking $250 Million in Approved Spend to small local businesses, and continuing to support the sustainability of our local businesses and wider communities. $50 Million can be directly contributed to approvals during the last 6 months, which in itself is a tremendous effort.
